These are my sketchnotes from 21 day Ultimate Health Challenge organised by Satvic Movement.
The health challenge helped me in following ways
- Being regular - I woke up at 5:30AM everyday as the sessions began at 6AM. Doing this for 21 days set me up for habit
- Regular workouts to celebrate the capability of body than as a resort to become healthy.
- Being mindful of what I eat
- Being mindful of my thoughts and interactions with people around me
- Strengthened belief in the power of Universe
These notes will give you a visual journey of what we went through in the 21 day course. However, it is in no way substitute of the actual course.
Oh and you'll see that my name is Kumar :-). There's my personal sketchnoting signature in every page.
